Indoor Rock Climbing

This was a great evening and has been on the Table calender before! as usual we met at the Farmers, but none of us could have a drink! yep it was really hard so we shot off to Goyt Mill, Marple, it all happened quite quickly straight from the arrival, we all strapped on the strap ons, suits you Sir!!! off to the wall for a quick brief then we were off in teams of three, I looked up and started to climb, before long I was at the top feeling pretty pleased with my first ever attempt, then I suddenly realised I had to get back down. The way to do that is to just let go and put your trust in the man holding the rope to abseil down on, in my case it was Dave Holmes! this was the worst part of the climb and I started to wonder how safe this event was!!!

Thats poor Karl on the floor there, he struggles keeping himself up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
